Game can only be activated and played in Germany by using a VPN. Or activating it via VPN and then waiting 3 months until you can play it.

I think LittleBibo1 means that the only way someone from Germany can activate it is by using a VPN. Probably due to the use of Nazi imagery in the game.

This version is banned in Germany because of the swastikas. It can only be activated and played on a german account via VPN. After 3 months it can be played without VPN on as Steam doesn't seem to care then. Maybe it's a loophole, maybe they're simply acting illegally.

Yes, I'm aware. In my haste to skim the comments, I misread and you seemed to be saying this was a version that could only be activated in Germany:

"Game can only be activated and played in Germany [...]"

With all the weirdly specific region locks lately (ie: Saint's Row), I jumped to the wrong conclusion.
