Maybe that the moderation should do something about that matter (in general, not in the particular case). But it seems like they are comfortable with doing nothing as usual.

You're conveniently choosing your words, aren't you? This is not about "any new user". It's about certain giveaways only that look fake and therefore people just call what they see. If you have a new SG user who just registered giving away a very expensive game that's pretty new and never had any big discounts (GTA, COD etc.) then it's suspicious already. But if their Steam profile has less than 50 games and they have that game on their wishlist then it's extremely probable it's fake. Not to mention if they don't have it in their inventory (GTA 5 is not sold as keys so one would have to have it in his/her inventory) then it's a fake giveaway, period. Add VAC ban to that and I don't need to say anything else. I'm not saying their will is bad as most of them probably don't know how the site works but it's not an excuse. If you chose to register and use the site you agree to follow its rules, creating giveaways for games you won't deliver is breaking one of them.

I don't know why you're asking me about this but for one if the creator reads them maybe he'll realize his mistake (be it either not knowing how the site works or just creating a fake giveaway for the sole purpose of doing that).

Trust me, after 3+ years you're really fed up with seeing such things and you wish people would learn already. You've been here 7 months so you're pretty much new to the site still. We'll see if your attitude will be the same after 3 years from now on.
