Froggy is completely within his rights to revoke the key which you had won recently as you entered the giveaway knowing full well you already have the game so you've entered knowing that it's not for personal use. If your friend really wants a key to the game then let them join www.Zeepond.com and enter like everyone else.

Froggy works hard to make giveaways fair for everyone, so he's not a bad person, you broke the rules of entering a giveaway so please don't blame someone else just because you've been caught doing wrong.

You can see how it looks, you win a game and then make a giveaway straight away for the same game. If you're giving away a key from somewhere else that's fine but the key which you won on Zeepond has been revoked thus why your friend when activating it says it's duplicate.

Because you won the game a few hours ago, you shouldn't have even entered the giveaway knowing you already had the game. Then you make a giveaway straight after winning the game, it looks like you've made a giveaway with the key you've just won from Zeepond.

If you're key is legit from somewhere else in this giveaway then there's no problems, the person who's won will get the game.

They haven't lied they've spotted something which looked like you was breaking the rules of the giveaways on Zeepond so like any good member of the community they let it be know about the possibilty of rules being broken. had I been around I would have banned you before Froggy had been informed.

If they haven't 100% sure than it is lie - becouse they say it without evidences. In law is termin called "presumption of innocence". Prson innocent still his guilty not evidenced. If you say against innocent person than it is lie no matter how it is looks like.
I created giveaway and check my mail 2 hours later and sand key to my friend who wanted it game - what is my guilty?

But you're not innocent, there's maybe a mix up with where the keys come from. How it looks is that you've made this giveaway straight after winning it on Zeepond. A giveaway you shouldn't have been entering any way as it's not for personal use as you have the game already and to use it for anything else is against the rules of the giveaways.

I don't see a problem if the key you have here to giveaway is from Humble, the person winning the game will get it.
However the key you won from Zeepond has been revoked and you've been banned for none activation of game. You're guilty of breaking the rules of Zeepond's giveaways.

I entered in giveaway becouse my friend can't enter in it - and I remember about 1.5 years ago in rules of Zeepond was point that I can gift key to friend and he can activate it. I don't know why this point was deleted.
And it is not reason for Froggy hiding like coward.
If you want prevent entering in giveaways for persons owned game than try to do it like steamgifts did - on steamgifts I can't enter in giveaways of games which I have.

It's never been allowed that you're able to giveaway games won to someone else or anything else with a game you've won other than for you're own personal use. To do these giveaways Froggy needs a permit which states all giveaways are for personal use and are not to be traded/sold or given away elsewhere. https://www.zeepond.com/zeepond/legal-information/giveaway-rules.

Froggy isn't hiding like a coward he's a very busy man (probably sleeping at the moment) trying to bring more giveaways to everyone to hear about how someone has broken the rules and that he's wrong in banning them for it.

Steamgifts is Steamgifts, we don't want to do the same at Zeepond but if people don't follow the rules then they will get banned, you're not the first and won't be the last

Your rules seems was changed - becouse 1.5 years ago there was point about give key for friend and he can activate it on his account. In rules sayed "for personal use" - activating key on friends account or on other my account is personal use. In rules sayed not "for sale" and "giveaway key on any other website" - I not sale key and not giveaway on other site - I not break rules.

I have never seen such a rule since I've been on Zeepond for awhile now as a member and a Global Moderator. Personal Use is for activating on your Person account, that does not include a friends account as that is not personal to you, so yes you have broken the rules as giving a game won away to someone else is not personal use.

I'm just banging my head against a wall here, Froggy would be only doing the same if he was to speak with you as you clearly don't understand the rules which you have broken. So I'll bid you a good day and I hope you have better luck elsewhere. :)

Froggy even not speak to me - he hiding like coward and baned me everythere.

I use only two giveaway sites - steamgifts and zeepond, and on one of them 1.5 years ago was point that I can give key to my friend (I totaly remembered it).

It seems that is ban was result of misunderstanding of rules which can be understanded in two ways and even steamgifts not give permanent for such little mistake.

Like I said, he's a busy man and is more than likely sleeping right now (3am in Australia). I can't even get to talk to him sometimes when he's busy so he's not hiding like a coward.

It might be now, because the other key was revoked. It's obvious that you fail to understand why your behavior is suspicious, and why it's very difficult to believe you. I could list off the reasons why I don't believe you, but I'm sure that it would be all for naught. If you believe that people that point out suspicious behavior are bad people, then you are a sad, ignorant individual. If anything, it's people like you that are bad. Entering for things that you either don't want, or already own, just so that you can give them away to someone else. You should have read the site rules.

Like I said, sad and ignorant. You can repeat that all you want, but it doesn't make it any more believable, and clearly I'm not the only one that finds it difficult to believe. Anyway, regardless of where the key from this giveaway was actually from, you admitted above that the key from Froggy's giveaway was not intended for yourself, which falls under the exact same rule. Also, it seems that it probably doesn't matter what is said to you, because the end result will pretty much just be the same response.
