Heh, the Night Court I'm referring to was an '80s situational comedy that was a big part of my childhood. There were trials in court room, but they were generally short scenes with most of the show often occurring between cases. I have no idea how well it holds up. [Edit: For instance, the character Dan Fielding's constant sexual remarks in the workplace would be much more suspect today.] The bass in the theme song is still cool though.
