Most people think that Castlevania 64 (1999) was the first comercially successfull 3D FPS in the world, but WOOD (1993) came out much before, in a single floppy disk. In WOOD (1993), you played as an Amnesic Pear who invaded heavens to slaughter Angels and Saints with a chainsaw, all in glorious pixelated 3D Golden Light.
