Thanks for the GA, but is this region free? When i was buying a bundle with on Fanatical, it said: Not purchase/activate-able in Germany.

You are correct. It appears that Dead Rising 2and dead rising 2 OTR are not available in Germany. the game will not unlock if you attempt it from a German IP. VPN should allow activation.
