Hello. Sorry for the delay with delivery, but there's a small problem with your account history and I didn't have time for a manual check earlier.
From what I've seen you've got World War 1 Centennial Edition but as a special edition it's not recognized as app 361380 which the giveaway you won was for.
I have the same edition on my account so I was able to verify that I'm still able to enter the giveaways. This proves that it's a problem both on SG and SGTools. Just wanted to inform you that you should probably try to sort it out before it gets you into trouble
