Be aware that will not approve re-roll requests if the giveaway's region restrictions aren't set up correctly and if the site picks someone from said region.
As is you are required to deliver gifts to winners worldwide, otherwise it can count as a fake giveaway and will have to live with the giveaway marked as "Not Received". Creators can't pick who they want to gift a game to post-factum.
Either exclude Russia as a region or deliver to anyone that is chosen. No strings or special rules are allowed. (You should read this discussion).
If you add winners on Steam and then start casting, telling them to do x things then the winner can just mark it as "Not Received".
Consider this a fair warning.
