This Steampowered indie game is relatively unique in that it's possible it may be a decent game.

"Tochas Studios" is some oldschool throwback to the days of yore, where you didn't crank the awful games and sell them for fraction of a cent to make money off of steam community marketplace.

This also means that some badge collectors hit this up and there aren't many cards. Maybe you can sell a Kan Lee for $1!
