Or your messages from long-lost pals.
I don't want your reminders or your alerts,
Or your messages that make my blood pressure hurt.

So please, oh please, don't send me a thing,
Let my inbox be empty, let it sing!
For I'd rather have no messages at all,
Than to see another one and feel so small.

Let my inbox be a peaceful place,
Where only important messages find their space.
And if you must send me something, make it good,
Or else it'll end up in the trash, like it should.
