It's easy, really :3 If you have a game copy, or a key, you just go to Create a Giveaway at the top of the page and set that up. There's a dropdown list of almost all games on STeam and you choose the correct one and put in your infor for it. Then just confirm it and stuff. At the end, it randomly picks a winner and will give you their info so there shouldn't be any problem!
