Why use the SGtools? I once won a game twice in a day when I was not in front of the computer. What was I supposed to do? Only enter 1 giveaway at a time?
I tried to fix it and give away one of they keys but the system here doesnt allow that :(

You cannot reroll for past non-activations unless you explicitly use a SGT check to enforce a custom rule. Otherwise, you have to deliver as normal. The only exception is if the rule violation was recent and hasn't been served yet. Since this giveaway is not SGT protected, you cannot make custom demands as grounds for a re-roll.

Why did you just not use SG Tools.

You can no longer use custom rules so if you fail to use SG Tools then I am afraid you will have to deliver the game.You can, however, request it for owning any part of the package.If they have served the suspension for non-activated wins you will have to deliver the game.It all depends on if they have served it or not and so on.

It is best to use SG Tools to filter those types out from the get go.
