Number 2 on my own wishlist! But I couldn't justify buying a copy for myself when I have SO MANY good games in my backlog. It would just sit there, unplayed.

(I may pick it up during the Winter sale, I probably won't be able to resist any longer at that point).

Yeah, it is a good problem to have! But it's not easily solved.

Right now, I'm trying not to spend more than $10 on a game that I know I won't play right away. So I didn't buy American Fugitive for $14... but I did buy the deluxe edition of Prey for $8, even though I won't play Prey any sooner than I would have played American Fugitive.

Completely logical? Nope! But it might at least save me a few dollars, and make me feel slightly less anxiety about my ridiculous backlog.
