I don't think I can beat chopped hazelnuts--what a great idea--especially with some chocolate ice cream. Strawberries are good too.

Fresh or stewed fruit would be great for vanilla, or used as a topping on pie or brownies. I suppose I could just place either on top of the ice cream to make it a topping

None. I like them plain so I can focus on ice cream flavor profile and its quality in case they're worth placing somewhere high in my personal ranking of best ice cream brands.

we just took the kiddos out for ice cream yesterday and I just got a simple peanut butter sauce on my sundae. it was very nice.
