Checked my mails again including the spam folder, and i have to honestly add i got sometimes troubles with my mails where spam mails get complete deleted (no all but some) and i have no real idea how to fix this (tried 2 different mail software).
If you can either send me a friend request on steam and pm me the key there or if you would prefer to ask for another winner both is fine for me as long as we can solve this so both of us wont get troubles with steam gifts (if i mark it as received and dont activate it i get a temporary ban and if i dont mark it as received you might get problems)

There is problem because when i send it directly from HB (its simply, faster, and much time saver - i just put target email to their interface), then i cant anymore make anything with it (cant generate key/gift link, send again or to another email), all that can be done only from their support - maybe. And maybe because, that is for longer time. Now i have opened one ticket for one GA from this series where winner forget check email and have old unused email on SG. Now it is about 5 days and i have only automatic reply - be patience..
Yesterday finally come (after 2 weeks) answer from HB support for first one with wrong email and now is all done. I will start another appeal for this GA, when they sent new link, you know what to do. When they sent it to me, i will resent it. But its all what i will do with it. U mark it "not received" -> its done for you. Therefore, you have no more support from my side.
