After I redeemed the key, "Max Payne(RU)" showed up in my Steam library.
I'm wondering if this is legal for Steam and Steamgift policy?

I'm afraid it would be a problem later on Steam or Steamgift.

My lv7 experience told me this is not normal!!!
I had never won a game with (RU) game title and Steam store page showed I didn't own it!!!
And if I clicked the store link of this game in my Steam library, it gets me to the homepage of Steam store as if the game was removed from the store or not available in my region.
Did you ever encounter this? Did you know anyone having this issue? ANSWER THIS!!!

Or you can replace with a real ROW key for this game, the game like you choose for this giveaway not showing "(RU)" in the game title, to me and revoke the old one.
Revoke the key and replace a new ROW key to me or request a reroll. Your choice.
