Sadly to hear that your slots dropped so much and that you weren't able to get more 3 slots from the support.
All other that talked about the slots got much more if they needed them. Did you questioned for a specific number of slots or made clear what you plan to do ?

I checked just now, and only asked for restoration of the original number (as in my head I was still going to make that event happen - but I noticed that I didn't mention that in the ticket, as it must have seemed too obvious to me)
So maybe contact them again to get, at least, a few backup slots for this event because i am sure a part will not mark the wins so soon as you hope ;o)
