Thanks for the GA, and hell yeah to the references to what is secretly the best Maiden album. :P

Secretly? That should be common knowledge :p Kids should learn about them in school xD

I think the consensus, public-facing "best" album is Powerslave--a very strong representative, to be sure, though something about Somewhere In Time just edges it out for me. :D

Well - It always boils down to personal preferences :)
My second favorite album is x-factor and fear of the dark is the one I like the least ¯\(ツ)/¯

Haha, nice! I need Adrian Smith on my Maiden records for their harmonies to sound exactly right, but I'm always glad to see someone showing love to Blaze Bayley, and agree with my "Fear of the Dark is the worst Iron Maiden album" opinion. :D If you haven't checked out Blaze Bayley's solo material (though you probably have, if you have X-Factor above most of their 80s material), I highly recommend it--I think he's only gotten better with age. The Infinite Entanglement saga he started a few years back has some really good shorter Iron Maiden-type songs

Ok - time for me do update my music knowledge. I was only aware of his first 3 albums.
I'm not really type of "fan". Usually I hear something new and exciting... then check all things they released (usually to find out that their previous albums were better xD)... and then I hear something new and so on xD
I even lost my interest in new things of Iron Maiden after their last album (I'm aware of their new album only because youtube thrown it in my face).
That said - I will check "new" Blaze albums for sure :)
