Sorry to be a nuisance, but would it be possible to do a re-roll on this one? It's showing up as won twice for me due to DLC not syncing properly, and I am sure I never used this key so unless you re-used it it should still be valid.

Failing that I'd also be willing to provide you with a new key of course.

May I suggest you click on "received" again to 'un-receive' it, so it does not show up as multiple win.

I was told by a member from support that in no circumstances should I be doing that (unchecking received), so I'd rather not.

What exactly do you mean with "so it does not show up as multiple win"? That the winners section doesn't show 6 winners, instead of 5 (effectively giving out 120 CV instead of 100)? Or that by unchecking it, it would be removed from my "won multiple games"-list?

That support is saying you should not click on "received" again is news to me. I am not talking about marking it "not received" but leaving it on "awaiting feedback".

I see. Yeah, I took that approach before (leaving it unchecked, not marking it not received), and the member of support helping me told me not to do that which is why I marked it as received again.
