Hi. Trying to receive key from your gift link, i always see this message: "We encountered an error [404], retry in few minutes". Can you redeem and post key instead link?
I just sent an email to Indiegala Support, asking what could cause such error, and they asked me to send a link to them. Not sure that i'm allowed to do that, since not me bought a game and i dont know what can happened with link. Can it be compromised or not.
you get that link which i generatod from bundle so it's perfectly fine to you for giving it to them. They are rather helpful, few days back they've sent me password in one day for a few full bundles which i've lost
14 hours ago i sent the giftlink to ig support and receive an email: "We apologize for the inconvenience, we’ll forward it to our tech team right now and they will solve your problem as soon as possible."
But, honestly, i doubt that they will help me, because for them i just random person with random giftlink. It's you bought a game on your indiegala account and some weird bug happened when you generate a gift link. So you shold contact to indiegala support and ask them what to do.
I have the same problem with other GA from thread and gift link. Both were generated from the same bundle while making thread.
It will be hard for me as I was tiding up my IG bundles because of they horrible change with passwords needed for all bundles and i've generated keys for all unused games I had except those two and get rid off bundles. To find this particular bundle I need to browse about 60 emails from IG.
Propably will have to do it but you will need a little more patience as I don't have time atm to do this :(
And i just click on link and receive this message: "This gift does not have an associated email address. To see the content of this page, the creator of the gift must re-submit the email. For further informations please contact our customer support"
for f.sake i hate IG as hell right now, I've found bundle but now I can't generate your link and can't generate key either :/ To make this more funny gift link for second GA from this thread was made without problem. I'm going to send ticket to IG
