Same as GreenTomator - I do own the base game, but I don't know what DLCs are included in this package. I assume it's not recommended to enter for people who own the base game?

It's a starter pack DLC, it doesn't include the base game. Here's the SteamDB page: https://steamdb.info/sub/18483/apps/
If you have their extension installed it should tell you if you own it, otherwise you should be able to tell from your library.

(Actually, SG shouldn't be using this sub ID, it's store only. Here is what will most likely activate, the CD key version of the package containing the same DLC app: https://steamdb.info/sub/17078/apps/ )

Ah, thank you for sharing the SteamDB page. I've tried searching for "Steely Dawn" on SteamDB yesterday and got no hits, so that's why I was confused. So weird. Thank you for the clarification! :)
