There was a whole sh..storm with very messy retroactive region locking of this game and problems with language selection a few years ago. Do you know if your key has any issues, maybe? Do you know if it's this version (Ultimate PCR here ) or this one (Ultimate here ) ? The first one is the version called RU that also works in Central and Eastern Europe, apparently.
It's the global version of the game, so the second one.
Theoretically you shouldn't be able to activate it in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Poland etc., but you can activate it in those countries anyway.
When I checked if you by any chance already own the game I saw that you have several hundred hours in Fallout 76 and 4. Glad a fan of the franchise won the giveaway :)
I played the other fallout games too but pirated since I didin't have the money to buy them. Love Fallout 2 the most. 76 I play when I have the time, it's rather enjoyable these days since it's somewhat fixed and improved from launch.
I'll enjoy replaying New Vegas, never played the DLCs :)
