but as many others as well, i blacklist people for not activating the won games. i dont buy games, just that the winner can sell them or do what ever they do if they dont activate them... the winner has to activate the game on their own account. thats the rule.
but the nice thing: rule breaker (at least for unactivated wins) can buy a new copy of the won item and activate it. so if they know they made a mistake, they can solve it by them self and if i see it, i remove them again from my blacklist^^ (the unactivated will disappear). but its your choice what you do.
