Just an FYI, this game has been shut down for over a year, its website has gone blank, and it was never designed for local servers.

That being said, somebody did post on the Steam forums that they figured out how to get personal servers up and running anyway. They've invited interested players to send them a message in order to be invited to the appropriate Steam group.
