Since you're new to the site (and therefore maybe'd find information on site practices useful?), just a heads up that:

1. The site does expect you to deliver a working game matching the listed giveaway (if you've accidentally listed a game with the EXACT same title, staff will however accept a Change Giveaway Game with winner approval and may agree to a deletion without winner approval; You also get some staff leeway for Change Giveaway Game with easily confused versions of the same games- though, again, this will likely require winner agreement to process), with correctly marked region restrictions.
   It's up to the winner to agree to a deletion in either circumstance (barring in situations involving region restrictions where there's a known widespread issue, such as some mystery key events that've had keys for the same game but with different region restrictions per key issued), otherwise you'll be stuck with a Not Received.
2. Not Receiveds only matter (to site staff and most SG groups alike) if there's a clear trend of them, especially when occurring in close proximity to one another. So getting a Not Received (or even getting one every so often) isn't actually a big deal, if you do end up with a winner who doesn't agree to a deletion (or reroll, though staff'll only approve a reroll if there's no suspicion of region restriction, to avoid unnecessary further issues). Basically, it's more a method of tracking patterns of abuse, than anything intended to be a punishment on its own.
3. That said, if you want to avoid the risk of Not Receiveds despite their low impact, certain groups have rules in place where any winners not agreeing to a reroll/deletion where needed will be ejected from the group. As a result, there's practically no risk of issue when providing questionable keys through these groups. The big ones of note are Lootboy SG, Delete this giveaway, and Positive Thoughts (the lattermost one requiring a 1:1 gifting ratio to join, though you can also temporarily join just to post giveaways. Positive Thoughts also has active moderation still, while I'm less sure of the first two having such, so there's a bit more security of group rule abusers actually getting booted as a result of that).

Appreciate the chance at this, btw! Civ IV's still easily the best Civ to date (though I haven't played 7, the newest one that just released, yet). :)
