Because who DOESN'T love a glowing blue, well-muscled, half-naked super-genius?

I was never a fan of his Superman-esque unlimited, unstoppable range of powers, especially since the Watchman universe doesn't have anything else that can even make a dent against Dr. Manhattan, nevermind the lack of Kryptonite as even a theoretical weakness.

Then again, a red kryptonite substance combined with Dr. Manhattan would mean the end of the world (and probably galaxy), so maybe for the best :P

Never could choose favorites. But Poet from Rising Starts is a decent pick.

That's a series I haven't read! Adding it to my list, thank you. :D

Hmm maybe Dr. Dinosaur

Or Booster Gold/Blue Beetle and their friendship.

I haven't read Atomic Robo yet, but I still've managed to see Dr Dinosaur around :P He's entertaining.

Booster Gold had his moments- though at other times he had the same problems Superman did, with an intense ego in addition- but Beetle was usually a good time.
Jaime Reyes is definitely my favorite of the Beetles, though :)

If I can't say Batman, then I'm going with Spawn

Well, so long as not ANY dark, foreboding, caped figure will do, I guess ;P

I really don't know any superheros from comics, the few I did read where non-superhero stories.

That said, I love the trailer for this game. If you haven't seen it you should check it out; "You're gonna ship yourself"

That's why I used 'character', not 'superhero' :D
My favorite comics are the dark, slice-of-life indie dramas :)
(Though coming-of-age superhero stories, like Invincible or Runaways, are pretty great.)

I can't watch youtube, what's the name of the game, I'll look it up :)

.> its a trailer for the game you are giving away, "Leviathan Warships"

Honestly, the only comic that really stands out is The Thing from Another World http://thething.wikia.com/wiki/The_Thing_from_Another_World_(comic) which was then made into a movie some time later.

Back when I way younger I was into playing Pen & Paper, mostly played Rifts. I really liked the setting, it was unfortunate that Kevin had to do an "arms race" meaning each new book had stronger gear in it to make you want to buy the book (so you could have all the stats and such).

Sorry, this is probably a generic answer but.. Apocalypse. Less generic characters don't have as much depth to them, and I love a good supervillain. Especially with the upcoming movie, even though I know they won't do him justice. Though it would be difficult to be worse than Galactus in Fantastic Four

Apocalypse definitely does make for a good villain- which is why he's essentially always any X-Men-featuring universe's primary villain, regardless of which specific universe you're referring to.

Adam Warlock. I loved that he was never quite sane, at least not by the time I got into the comics. He also kept creating his own worst enemy - the Magus.

He's probably my favorite 'cosmic' Marvel being. Certainly one of them :)

Obelix & Asterix was one of my first comic serieses. :D
I still have several of the comics lying around :)

Some of the early games were quite fun, and great examples of early co-op games.

Sadly the games were before my time, but the comics are timeless.
