Well I don't know what else to say, I tried activating it and it said it was already used. Copy pasted it into the box, tried a few times, says it is already used.
Fanatical says this (so please try this at first):
*Steam sometimes reports a key is invalid which it then later accepts.
If your key is reported to be invalid, please:
Logout from the Steam client.
Log back into the Steam client, take care to use the correct account and preferably wait at least a few minutes before logging back in.
Try activating the key again.
Remember to include the "-" characters and enter letters in UPPER case. Ideally, use copy and paste through the clipboard, to avoid the possibility of typing mistakes and confusing "I" with "1" and "O" with "0".*
Tried logging out, waiting, and back in. Still says duplicate product code. I don't already have the game and I've checked my library list multiple times, it didn't sneak it's way in there.

Don't worry, if they won't replace the key, I'll get a new one.
