The servers for SR:C will have to be closed by end of November and the game will cease to exist. Sad :(, so this GA will only serve to swell your collection
According to the reviews on the Steam page, this is an online only game which has its servers not working anymore, which means the winner won't be able to play at all. I don't know if it should even be accepted as a game to GA when such a case happens.
Your call, I mean, technically you're going to give the game so that's all that you have to do, the game servers are in no way your responsibility. The whole thing about this game being accepted for GAs depends on Steamgifts too, not you. If you're in doubt, try opening a ticket to ask support, but I don't know if they would answer before the GA ends. I don't think you're going to be in trouble whatever your choice is.
