No worries - so, I noticed your giveaway (and the winner not responding to your question, lol) so just in case you're still figuring the site out, a quick summary of the important things (feel free to ignore me if you already worked it out, but it's 11pm on Christmas and all my family are asleep because they're not nerdy enough to always be up til 3am, so I'm very bored)
For giveaways you created, you can check here: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/created, and if you click through to your giveaway it'll let you add a key (if you have one) to send it directly through the site, or you can find the winners email address and send them a gift copy direct to their email, OR you can send them a friend request on Steam (there's a link to everybody's Steam profile on their Steamgifts profile) and then gift them the game through trade there.
And, you can find your won games here: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/won - for a lot of giveaways keys will be added to that page and you can then redeem them to your Steam account (and mark them received once you have), but occasionally you will get a Steam gift sent to your email or get a friend request from somebody to gift it to you through trade.
And just two things to note that seem to catch new people out: You do have to giveaway a copy of the exact game you created a giveaway for (eg. if a DLC isn't on the list, don't create a giveaway for the base game - even if you state it in the description, it'll still get you a suspension from the site) and you also have to redeem any gifts you win on the account connected to your Steamgifts account (eg. you can't give a game that you won to your friend) because that will also get you a suspension.
In spite of that, it's a pretty friendly place (mostly), and it's a great way to get rid of the games you don't want and pick up a bunch of games that you hopefully do want.
Enjoy the game!
