I see you won the game 18+, and got a different key. You should not mark it received, the game you won (18+) is missing from your account. You'll get 3 day suspension on Steamgifts for it, and this giveaway will be rerolled. The easiest solution would be to talk with Nevr, and get the giveaway deleted.
Pro-tip for the site:
reply to the people you intend to - Nevr under their giveaway, and me here :P you replied to your own comment in both cases, we don't get notified about it.
