I won your game (Loot Hero DX). But Steam said the key is already used, how?

This is strange, because I never used this key, I won it few weeks ago and as I already owned the game so I decided to gift it. What we can do about it?

I know this website but never ordered/won something in. Maybe they gift duplicate keys. We must ask steamgift support. :)
