why blacklisted?

Because by the time I blacklisted you, ALL your giveaways were region restricted to a region I can't enter. So I made it so you can't enter mine as well. I see you since made region free giveaways. I removed the blacklist.

I understand you, but steam won't allow it. Because the economic situation of my country is very bad, steam does not allow me to send gifts to users outside my country. However, if I buy keys from foreign sites, I can make public giveaways, which is very expensive for me.
I made a good profit and accumulated a wallet balance by buying and selling items on the Steam market. I can only make region-locked giveaways using the balance here.
I made region-locked giveaways with keys I've won or found.
I'd love to do region unlocked giveaways too. so I could join steam groups with special rules and high probability of winning.
Thanks for your understanding.

I hear you on the Steam store issue, but really - there are few people who use this gifting system, just right because of the regional issues. Most of us gift leftovers from bundles. And as far as I'm aware, Turkey's economy isn't bad to an extendt that make for example Fanatical's occasional $1 bundles totally unrealistic. And then there's traders willing to trade you bundle games on sites like barter or Steamtrades for your Steamcards, which will be much better value for your CV, too. You might have been unaware of this, well, now you know ;)
Happy gaming.

While playing games is actually a luxury, this system that we give a game giveaway is actually quite a luxury. and I personally am not in good shape financially either.
Yes, I notice some bundles too. But as I mentioned, I make an effort to avoid extra charges in my pocket and I use my steam balance for this.
I discovered Steamtrades recently but I haven't tried using it yet and haven't been able to figure it out. If I'm good at it, you can see my giveaways galore.
