So you click the "now" button and it sets it for 2 hours in the future?

That's pretty weird. Does it let you change it manually after that?

I think it is based on what you have your time zone set to on your computer. Find your date and time settings on your computer and make sure you have the correct time zone selected.

Edit: I just changed my time zone on my computer and now the create giveaway time is showing 3 hours in the past when I click on "now". I'm not sure if that would matter though because I would think that would just tell the site I am in that time zone and it is just changing the time I am seeing, the GA should still start now.

Edit 2: I just tested the time zones and it looks like it only affects the time shown on the page like I thought. I set my time zone 2 hours ahead of where it should be and created a GA, then I set it 2 hours behind where I am and created another GA. I clicked "now" for when to start each GA and the starts times were 4 hours apart, but they are both available to enter immediately and they have the correct start time.

Edit 3: When I created the above 2 GAs I just changed my time zone, but did not fix the time on my computer. I left the time set to whatever it would be in those time zones and everything worked fine. I just tried to test it again by changing the time zone and then manually adjusting the time on my computer to what it should be in my time zone and this would not let me create a GA. I tried setting it both 2 hours ahead and behind and then manually correcting the time and both times I got a red message on the create GA page under the start time that says "Giveaway must start after the current time".

I figured that would be the issue since that's what was causing it for another user a couple years ago here. I'm not sure why I can't recreate the problem though.

Edit 4: I figured out why it wouldn't let me create a giveaway in my 3rd edit. I just noticed that my AM and PM was swapped. I must have clicked it when changing the time to test this. I just set my time zone to 2 hours before what it should be and then manually corrected the time on my computer and I get the result that you are getting. Any giveaway I create will start 2 hours after I create it even though I click "now" when selecting the start time.

I'm not sure if you saw all the edits on my previous comment since I kept adding them for a while and I just added the 4th now, so I wanted to reply again to let you know that I was able to recreate your problem by setting the wrong time zone on my computer. I'm guessing that is your issue.
