Thank you for this giveaway, good luck to everybody!

What’s the point of wishing the same luck to everybody? There’ll be one winner anyway.

I'm wishing everyone luck so that the luck wishing is distributed fairly, making it a game of pure chance instead of predetermined luck.
However, if you think I should not include you in my luck-wishing, I can do that from now on, either by leaving you out generally or specifically exclude you...

Is there an algorithm on this site that you know of, and which distributes chances unfairly unless equal luck is wished in the comments?

The better question is, do you know that the site doesn't have an algorithm that changes the distributions of chances based on decency and wishing everyone the same amount of luck?

But that’s what they state. Fully random and that’s why autojoining leechers keep winning. While “designed intentionally to let autojoining leechers keep winning and someone disliked by the algorithm keep losing” could also be the truth.

Again, if it's fully random, wishing luck has no effect, so no harm done.
If it isn't random, and luck can increased (or leveled out) by wishing it to someone, it does something good - since bots can't read, it will not affect them.
So there's one in favor for wishing luck, and one neutral to wishing luck. As long as there's no downside, why would I ever stop or limit it to only a few people?
