Yes, those are in the running Humble bundle.
I would understand your question if I would have running 2 DLCs for Tropico 5 at the same time, not 8. :P

I dunno, I just asked anyways just in case. I personally sometimes have random brain farts where I think of doing something and it ends up being a silly idea.
