Well, paganism is big part of and has a big influence on the believes of those times. Haven't played the game by myself, but sins and hell is a part of storyline and mechanics of the game.

Я сам не играл, но сделал именно такие выводы: черт есть, ад есть, грехи есть. По сюжету черта завалить можно или занять его трон. Финальный босс вроде Сатаной и зовётся. Но, повторюсь, сам не играл и могу быть неточен :)

It should :) The game world is based on Komi-Permyak beliefs of the second half of the 19th century. It is a mixture of Christianity and paganism, so hell and Satan should be present there. Also Satan appears in the plot and there are achievements associated with it (spoiler alert defeat him or defeat him and take his place).

Even though I haven't made a Whitelist giveaway in way too long (ever since Valve got rid of being able to keep copies of a game in the Inventory, my giveaway tally has gone WAY down!).
