"NOTE: This version of the Eidos Anthology is not playable in Germany."

The version you can buy in germany is not the same as the international one, and I'm pretty sure it can not be redeemed as such. The Steam store page even says "This package will only be playable in Germany" in germany and "This version of the Eidos Anthology is not playable in Germany" for the international one. Gifting this to somebody outside germany will likely result in bit of a headache.

Let me clarify a few things: A quick look into the database at least tells me:

1. The key seems not to be region restricted.
2. The "Hitman: Absolution - Sniper Challenge Unlock" is missing.
3. At least "Kane & Lynch 2" is cut version.

German censored low violence versions are censored from wherever the key is activated! A second (uncut) game can't be activated! You have to request a removel of the game at the steam support first, before you can activate an uncut version again.

So:

1. It's fine with the rules to gift it.
2. You should think twice, if you want to join this giveaway. You only should join, if you don't mind censored versions and the missing DLC.
