The key is belong to Magicka wizard wars which is different from Magicka that you enlisted in this giveaway.
The game has been removed from steam store. Correct game is as follows,

That's what moderator LucasC wrote to me:
Giveaways should accurately reflect the game being given away. By marking the game as "Received" you acknowledged that you indeed received and activated the game you won to your Steam account. Magicka: Wizard Wars Base Game and Magicka are totally different games.

Sorry, but I don't want another ban.. You can try to solve this problem by contacting the moderator..
