The key is from a bundle i had somewhere laying around, it says the key is for That Dam Level, I assume activating it gives you the redux version, given that it has substituted That Dam Level's page on Steam. In case of not activating for That Dam Level Redux, I apologize. Please only enter if you are okay with maybe not getting the redux version.
