Little late, but I believe it's due to Steam considering stuff like all of Telltale's old point and click games as five separate games. I have S&M The Devil's Playhouse and the Back to the Future one, for instance, and they add all five episodes as separate games, meaning it's technically impossible to have Sam & Max: Season Two in your Steam library.
Short answer: yeah check the winner its a steam thing
