I would suggest to request a reroll so that you can return him the gift and he can give it to someone in the right region. In any case, you better get it sorted out because not all people who use sgtools actually follow up with a manual check...
You should ask him to request a new winner for this giveaway. There is absolutely no reason for your profile to be tainted with an unactivated win when there's a proper way to handle this.
