This is a weird one. The game itself isn't terrible but also not great either.
It's scuffed in many ways and you wouldn't believe that Codemasters developed this one.
It feels more like an underdeveloped indie title, tbh.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
There is a big chance that you'll have to use one of these workarounds https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=572170315 to successfully launch the game (yeah, I'm not kidding.. did I mention that this game is scuffed?).
It certainly didn't launch the first time, I had to fiddle around for a bit. However, after using one of those workarounds, it worked fine 99% of the time.
I think I had one crash while going for 100% completion.
