Hi, you won a game from me recently, (AWAKE - Definitive Edition). Before I release the key I check the winner's steam library to make sure the game is not already owned and use sgtools to ascertain whether there is a history of unactivated wins or multiple wins. I would like you to make your game information public briefly so that I can do these checks.

I realise there is a slim chance that you own it (would have had to purchase it just before the win and not have synced recently. I will still check your games list and do the sgtools check for unactivated wins if I can. If you object to me looking at your games list, I understand. Will request support to do it for me.
