IIRC you can get a copy of overture to give back to the creator and ask for a reroll

Not sure if you've read what I wrote further down, but please do if you haven't. While it would be the right thing to do, I don't want you to spend money on the game when the giveaway creator most likely won't even care. I'd ask them first (if they are willing to reroll), before buying the game, though - like I said - I think your chances are sadly very slim..

The problem is that the mass-giveaway developers/publishers often don't care about SG politics. They're here for the marketing. That's a pretty ugly one to get stuck on, if you won both from there.
For other individuals, you technically don't even have to provide the same game- if you both agree to cancel, in theory staff would approve of the deletion; meaning you could potentially offer any game of equal or higher CV in exchange for them deleting the giveaway, if they agree to it.
[This is an assumption based on usual giveaway procedures, and assumes staff doesn't have special rules in place for multi-wins.]
Of course, you presumably can't delete multi-copy giveaways like that, meaning you're stuck with the exact-replacement approach, regardless of who did the giveaway.
However, Overture is a Black Shell Media game- the marketer for them tends to be rather social, you might have a good shot there. I'd try leaving him a message on his Steam profile rather than on SG alone, it may have better results at reaching him.
The main problem I see, though, is that the giveaway was so long ago and had so many potential winners, that it may take time to find someone who doesn't have the game yet through rerolls- and that might be asking a lot of someone who doesn't really care about SG politics. :/

Oh, you have a girlfriend! I'd be so happy if I had a girlfriend!

That is most likely the reason. The fact that you won that one game twice, I mean. There's not much you can do, I'm afraid, since the developers often don't care for those mass giveaways and sometimes even suggest to give that second key to a friend.
If it wasn't such a mass giveaway, a way to get rid of that "double win" would be to provide the creator with a key for the game and ask for a reroll. Like I said though, it's very unlikely that the person who created the giveaways you won will do that, unfortunately.
*Please someone correct me if there's actually something you can do in this case with developer giveaways.*

People can and will blacklist you for whichever reason they deem appropiate, in fact I'd close this thread if you're concerned about it because chances are you're gonna get blacklisted even more if you draw attention to yourself.
Nothing of the sort happened to me, because I (strangely) read the rules when I joined, mostly because it all seemed like a weird scam site. anyhow, they say in latin ignorantia juris non scusat or something like that, which basically means that not knowing the rules (or law) is no excuse for breaking them.
It's most likely the duplicate win, many people here believe that a tiger cannot change its stripes. and it being some kind of dev giveaway, I dunno if there's any way to solve it, sorry. :-/

I never said you had said someone else was at fault?
Sure thing, trying to ammend your mistakes and/or own to them is a good attitude towards life.

The normal procedure with multiple wins is that you contact the giveaway creator and ask them to re-roll. This is not doable here though, and a lot of people have ended up with mutliple wins due to those Overture giveaways. The only thing you can really do about it when someone refuses to do a re-roll is to not mark it as received.

Yeah, the emotional struggles of a blacklist are no match for masculinity.

Recently I saw that I've got blacklisted 3 times, might be for some "thank you" not really appreciated, but from the SG Tool i saw i can't join some of the giveaways.
Now, there was a moment where in the featured giveaways they gave tons of Overture keys and as I like the roguelike games I entered them.
I won twice in two different giveaways that ended in the same moment or close (I was away during it) and choose to give the other key to my (now ex) girlfriend, without thinking it might have been such a problem in the community.
Happened to someone? I know it is my fault if i missed something in the rules, just dunno if that's the reason.
p.s. might also been for some giveaway I deleted? Happened some time ago when I created two giveaways, i was fresh in the community and I had some Evolve Key as i saw like 200 people giving them away without any clue that there was a problem with it. (got rid of them once i knew asap, also gave them on some community)
