• Seriously everything in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series (don't know about the Wii ones)
• Almost the whole Midnight Club II soundtrack
• The entire motherfucking World of Goo soundtrack. Best OST ever. It might be indie but commercial developers should be jealous of how good this soundtrack is.

• Welcome to the Information Superhighway (the intro is not in the actual game, unfortunately)

Cave Story+ had some good chiptunes, as did Scott Pilgram vrs. The World The Game (thanks Anamanaguchi!).

Serious Sam: Second Encounter. I never encountered a game soundtrack piece so epic and awesome as the track from the last level of this game.

Original Deus Ex, all Red Alerts and Bastion are other great ones that come to my mind atm.

Phew, there is so many. If I go by the hours I listened (not meaning neccesarily they are my favourites), The Longest Journey, HALO series, Final Fantasy series.

I still remember music from Daggerfall

Turrican 2 of course. Also Monkey Island, Apidya... lots of songs by Chris Huelsbeck, the best there is.

All C&C OSTs till Tiberium Wars. Frank Klepacki was a god! Also Starcraft, Mass Effect OSTs are beautiful.
