I average around 1 win per 1100~ entries. The key is to enter giveaways which do not have a ton of entries already, enter ones with low entries and that end soon. If you only enter giveaways that have a week+ closing time and over 5k entries then that's a problem in itself

Fear not, there are specific giveaways for members with low "Luck" levels that should sweeten the odds for you.

Best way to win here is to increase your CV to a respectable level (it's quite easy to get to $30, just a few bundle games will get you there) and then seek out GAs with a CV requirement under $30.01. There are lots of free, open giveaway groups as well, seek those out and as long as you're not a complete prat you should be able to participate in the group, meet some friendly fellow gamers, and win some titles.
