I don't think it's completely unreasonable for them to ask you to wait a bit while they finished up their match. Then again, if they were rude about it, then that's a different story.

If he can't put it on pause, which may be the case, he should at least give you a time at which he'll be free rather than just make you wait. That's just plain rude. Re-roll!

Is getting a free game not an occasion worthy of pausing your game to receive and say thank you at least?
Have you ever been 'put on hold' indefinitely while trying to deliver a free game?
Edit: They told me to wait on them until they're out of dota. I haven't played it so I don't know how serious-business it is.
