Dump every game you can think of that you utterly hate. Or that you wont even play because they look like garbo. Like this one. BUT, you can't name games that are just broken.

Do you mean Final Fantasy X or are you using X as a placeholder to mean any number? Cause FFX and FF7 are two of the better FF games...unless you don't like FF titles in general.

I think FF7 is overrated as fuck and FFX has a nice combat system and thats it. Story is pure shit.

Not saying I disagree with you entirely(Although I did enjoy FF7, but that might have been cause it was my first experience with an RPG), but that's because in general Final Fantasy games suck, but it doesn't change the fact that FF7 and FFX are still the better of the series. Not saying they are perfect compared to other games, just when compared to other Final Fantasy games...which is Why I asked if he meant X as a generic placeholder meaning all FF games(Which I would understand) or FFX, which seems odd that he would think that worse than any other FF game if he generally liked FF titles.

I mean FFX
To be fair, the combat system is alright and i really like the water theme
Its just that the game is very cringe worthy and there is no particular character i like.
i stopped playing during that sort of romantic scene when Titus and Yuna start laughing for no reason at all.

There one dude that only talks about blitzball, he even uses the ball for combat and Titus is always Hungry

EDIT: Im not saying its the worst FF, its just that i only played from VII to X

without poasting spoilers...that ending sucked, and was a bit confusing...I get what they were trying to imply, but it didn't make much sense.

I didn't find it completely terrible but to me, it wasn't a Bioshock game. I don't think at any point it made me even the slightest bit on edge. Whereas Bioshock 1 & 2 I have to just sit and calm myself down afterwards for a few minutes before I can function properly. Hated the end too, think they tried to hard to make it deep and meaningful.

Ending its really really really weak. Agreed in this. Also generic shooter to the max. I really liked bioshock 1 more and need to play 2.

Bioshock infinite makes me kind of sad actually, it's a huge waste of potential in many point... Characters are great, ambiancies, design of the environment (Columbia was delightful in comparison of Rapture) But the story, at some point just goes in a so called philosophical meaning, with tons of WTF random action that don't explain anything. Why they didn't let us the choice of our moral behavior like in the first 2 ? There is no way to change the end, and that's what annoys me the most. They could have made an awesome game with the main base they had ( Elisabeth, Columbia, Comstock, the time rift, etc...) but just throw away awesome possibilities at some point. Too Bad :(

The game was originally called A New Reckoning. I actually remember buying a bundle for it ages ago. But the devs were so "flustered" (and I'm being polite using that word) with the reviews that they changed the name and re-released it, refusing bundle buyers keys for the new "game" (solely on the basis that it was a different game because it had a new name), which was the same crap they had already released.

Not only is this game a turd, but the devs are turds. They should be pushed into a hole full of burning dog crap, then forced to play their own game until the flames die down. :)

My most hated games are Bodycount and Dragon Age 2. Let's start with Bodycount.

It's a 2011 title that uses 2D sprites for "power-ups" in a modern military shooter, has next to none storyline (the game literally drops you from the sky to the battlefield and you shoot everyone on sight), has a cover mechanic that lets you cover anywhere without a cover (no, protagonist does not create a cover/shield to cover, he just stands there and move on an axis) non-existent AI with no skill for shooting, bullets have unlimited range, has breakable covers but you can "break" concrete with your knife... It is working garbage. Avoid at all costs.

Dragon Age 2 is literally filled with laziness, they created 5 maps overall and you play them over and over and over and over again. It's story was mediocre until the archmage decided to "show the evil of blood magic" BY USING BLOOD MAGIC. Every conversation option makes you sleep with Anders, the final boss battle is a joke (come on, it's gotta be a joke)... And this game received 8-9's from magazines which is downright insane. I gave it a 6,5/10 on a webzine and I still regret not giving it a 4. Developers with huge budgets in their hands MUST NOT release this kind of laziness filled products.

Comment has been collapsed.

Hey, I managed to say no to Anders and got the chick my character wanted. But yes, the choices are really odd sometimes. Couple of times my character just flipped off for everyone eventhough I had picked something more reasonable. Also the recycled maps... they just block some paths for future use and I first thought that I had missed a secret door or something.

Harry Potter 1 on PC... God... thousand of hours in my childhood ruins with that game... Literally broke a mouse with the race with drago malefoy -_-
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles : Great design, soundtrack, characters design but that game is so DAMN EMPTY and repetitive, I mean, you just spend your time searching crystals, fill your glowy sticks and go back the boring little village where you start and... again with longer travel each time... Boriiiiiing. Multiplayer mode is fun (i heard) but all alone it was just boring.

I agree with the far cry games mostly....I liked the first one....yet I still keep buying them even though every other one stunk...I guess I just keep hoping the next one will appeal to me like the first one did......

Completely disagree on the assassins creed titles though....love most of those(The spin off games, like China and Liberation, not so much).

From recent times.
Aliens: Colonial Marines - I tried to play it alone, then co-op, but at some point I just closed the game and deleted it. The most bizarre thing is that I feel sorry that I spent 2$ on it - I want my money back.

From not so recent times.
Waverace on N64.

Of course there has been many games that I dislike, but those two mentioned ones are the ones that really annoyed me.

worst game I ever played on steam was Kung Fury: Street Rage......It's a free mobile app, yet they charge 3 dollars for it on steam...its exactly the same....lack any plot, no skill required, and the same level/background.......It's horrible...I just don't understand how it's managed to maintain a "Very Positive" rating...only thing I can think of is that because the "Movie" was awesome, people are giving the movie kudos to the game as well? I dunno....

I don't agree with this because Kung Fury is one of my favorite games on steam. This game is all about timing and how fast you can remember how to knock an enemy especially when the horde is coming, it need concentration and reflect. Skillful player can score more than 15 million, and it not easy to achieved that.

And this games is a love letter for old 80's arcade games.

See..It's basically a free flash game that they are charging 3 bucks for. If the background changed on occasion, maybe I would dislike it less? I dunno....As for it being a "Love Letter for old 80's arcade games"....it has similarities to 80's arcade games for sure...mainly early 80's that repeated the same level, and late 80's with the graphics...and mid 80's with the theme...So yea, in general in reflects the 80's, but would never be played at an arcade sitting next to it's quarter munchin' cousins...In my opinion.

The main thing that irks me, is that like I said before...It's a free mobile game (And as a mobile app, it's actually not bad! Mobile gaming doesn't need much since it's "On the go Gaming", and simple one touch controls are a bonus that helps with smaller screens but, and again this is just my opinion...It doesn't translate well to other platforms) yet they decide that Steamers should pay for tapping away at their screen.

I dunno man....I'm just very much against the whole "Tap-Gaming" thing, especially when they charge for something so simple and basic....I do admit, at first I got suckered into Clicker Heroes until I came to my senses...but at least they weren't asking me to give them 3 bucks for it.

My last favourite - Crash Time 2

  • the cars are on the ice, the driving is really annoying.
  • Because of the driving, even the tutorial is hard
  • Oh, you are on the third part of the tutorial and lost? Let's start from the first part again.
  • Ok, you made the tutorial. Now you must go to the finish. Oh, you jumped on the ramp and landed where you not supposed to do. Sorry, you cannot go out, but you can still start the tutorial once again.

I haven't seen actually any really rubbish that I can think of. L4D2 public matches and players though, sigh. Made me laugh atleast: whatever you do you are yelled at, called with truly horrific names and then kicked. Doesn't really matter if you are doing good or derping around it seemed. Not game's fault though.

I am getting kinda bored of the whole retro pixel look...While I don't mind MineCraft(Not really 8-bit, but it has that feel...I know what you mean) there are too many clones, and pixel games out there. As for the FPS thing? I dunno....I am on the fence.....there have been some good basic FPS games(Even some decent CoD/BF games), but I do admit a good number of them are very cookie cutter.
