That's a price match of Steam's sale. It's been 75% off several times in recent weeks -- on Steam, the Humble Store, Amazon, and Gamefly. Gamefly previously had the best deal since it was 75% off + extra 20% off coupon, which made the game $8 for the regular edition, or $10 for the special edition.

It's unusual to see both Toe Jam & Earl games and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine included -- might have to get it just for those three (have all the others already) -- will definitely have to get it if those three have separate codes.

Probably. I use a Texan address, and I live in Hungary, been buying a whole lot of games from them, including this, and they all activated.

While I support the use of a Texan address and all since I live there myself, for practical purposes I recommend picking another one. Texas is charged sales tax on Amazon and has a rather high tax rate compared to most states, so that adds around 8.25% to your purchase. Try Delaware, I don't think there is any sales tax there.
