Bundle Games that have seen been added to Steam

After buying so many bundles for so long, I forgot to keep track of this:

Basically, does anyone know of any bundled games (e.g. Humble Bundle, Indie Gala Bundle, etc) that were in these bundles and didn't have Steam keys at the time, but have since had Steam keys added? (that you can now use on the bundle pages).

All of the bundles I've had that did that were groupees, and they sent out email notices saying the games were greenlit.
